SociaLook provides the only complete solution for turning your employees into brand advocates.
The Employee Advocacy Platform helps you turn your workforce into powerful ambassadors. It allows managers to recommend posts about your brand which are received by employees who can share them to their social networks, increasing your post's reach.
SociaLook Employee Analytics focuses on finding your employees on social media and revealing how they are communicating about the brand, allowing your company to identify employee advocates, evaluate your social media trainings and motivate your workforce to talk about your brand.
Informal Advocacy represents passionate employees mentioning products or the company casually.
Formal Advocacy represents company-sanctioned spokespersons or focused advocacy campaigns.

SociaLook Analytics helps you find your employees on Twitter and determine who are the most active, influential or employees which are talking most about the brand. The existing and potential ambassadors can be invited to join the advocacy platform to help your company increase the social media reach of their products or campaigns.
The SociaLook Employee Advocacy Platform allows employees to post content from a wide variety of sources and in different formats - URLs, videos, images, etc. Managers are always in control of what news gets added to the platform. Additionally, employees can also suggest posts that can be approved and sent to their colleagues for sharing.
Selected posts can then be sent to employees, which can then share to their social networks, amplifying the brand's messages reach. Employees are more engaged by the gamified platform, which ranks them on leaderboards based on their activity, sales leads, engagement generated, etc.
SociaLook Analytics helps managers dig deep into how their employees are communicating about the brand. The Analytics platform is built on three pillars: Background - who the employees are, Activity - how are they communicating (e.g. engagement generated, sales leads, etc.) and Network - who your employee audiences are. The analytics platform allows companies to evaluate their social media efforts and calculate the social media ROI.
The Background Analysis helps you understand who your employees are on social media. It automatically gathers all your employees on social networks and shows you their residence country, the departments to which they belong to or seniority levels.
The Activity Analysis helps you understand how your employees are communicating on Twitter. You can discover who your biggest brand ambassadors are, which employees are most influential or active, as well as how much engagement their company-related messages are generating or how many people were reached.
The Network Analysis focuses on understanding who your employee audience is. For example, you can see which employees have their followers in a particular country/region, which of these followers are the most influential, what their interests are, or how much they are talking about the company.
In order to begin using our platform, you need to first create your company profile and invite the employees you want to amplify your brand message. You can invite anybody by e-mail, or by using SociaLook Analytics, you can easily find all your employees on social media and invite them to use the platform with the click of a button.
Our platform allows managers to post any type of content, or to approve/disapprove content suggested by employees. Managers also have the option to see which content created by their employees is most popular and submit that content to the platform so that it can be made available to other employees as well.
Employees receive the suggested posts from our platform, in a seamless way and, with the click of a button, they can share it to their social networks. Employees are engaged in the gamified platform and have access to the company leaderboards.
